Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-26. This English version is the binding one.
1. What Splot is
Splot is a non-custodial interface that helps you find and execute swaps and bridges between supported networks. Splot never holds your funds, never stores your seed phrase or private keys, and cannot sign a transaction for you.
Every transaction is prepared in your browser and signed in your own wallet. A route may go through third-party aggregators, bridges or liquidity pools; those are separate services with their own terms and risks.
2. Pre-alpha software
The service is in pre-alpha. Features, supported networks, routes and fees can change or stop working without notice. Expect bugs. Do not use amounts you cannot afford to lose.
Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice.
3. Fees
Splot charges the fee shown in the quote before you sign (currently 0.15% on swaps and on the Splot part of a bridge). Aggregators, bridges, liquidity providers and the network charge their own fees and gas; the quote lists them separately where the provider reports them.
You are responsible for checking the final amount, minimum received and network fee in your wallet before signing.
4. Risks you accept
Smart-contract risk: a router, bridge or token contract can be exploited or behave unexpectedly.
Bridge risk: the destination transaction can be delayed, fail or arrive with a different amount. A source transaction cannot be recalled.
Market risk: prices move; slippage, price impact and MEV can make the executed amount worse than the quote.
Wallet risk: a compromised device, malicious extension or wrong address can lose funds. Always verify the destination address.
Regulatory risk: access to some networks, tokens or services may be restricted in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local law.
5. No warranty, limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splot and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of funds, profits or data arising from your use of the service or of any third-party protocol.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Splot to break the law, to launder money, to evade sanctions, or to attack the service or other users. We may block access where required by law or to protect the service.
7. Privacy
Splot has no accounts and keeps almost nothing on its servers. What is stored in your browser, and what our infrastructure logs, is described in the privacy notice.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. The version published on this page is the current one; the date below shows when it was last revised.
Questions about these terms, or a security report, can be sent to the contact listed in the security.txt file.
